I’m a sex-positive Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Supervisor, Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist based in the Greater Austin area, with an office in Round Rock, Texas. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy to clients across Texas.  I am proudly pro-choice and provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their reproductive experiences, including abortion care and personal stories. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would love to connect.

Specialties: I support individuals and couples navigating intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures.  My approach integrates the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Sensate Focus Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support meaningful, relational, and internal healing. I also specialize in helping clients recover from narcissistic and abusive relationships, informed by advanced training under Dr. Ramani Durvasula.
